On the Teacher Dashboard, Step #1 in the Weekly Checklist section shows the number of minutes each student still needs to practice in order to meet the weekly goal (Monday through Sunday).

Teachers can view the breakdown of their groups usage minutes by clicking Check Usage from the Weekly Checklist.

(A) Click Check Usage.

(B) View the breakdown of students' usage minutes.

Teachers and administrators may want to see usage over time by grades, by school, by class and also drill down to individual student. Follow the steps shown in the image below to see the data in both table and graphical view as well as data in CSV form which you can download.

(A) Click Reports on the sidenav.

(B) Click View Report on the Usage Report.

(C) Choose to view students by grades, by school or by class.

(D) Choose the date range.

(E) Click into the grade, school or class to drill down to the individual student.

(F) Click Download CSV to download the usage data.
