For Schools Using Clever or ClassLink for Rostering
Ｗait for Automated Sync (Most Likely Solution)
Level Learning syncs data directly with Clever or ClassLink. Rosters are typically updated during the nightly sync.
New teachers will be automatically added if they are associated with a class that is being synced to Level Learning.
If changes were recently made, allow time for the overnight sync to complete.
Contact Your District or School Administrator
Only district or school administrators can manage rostering.
If a student or teacher is missing, ask your administrator to confirm they are active in the SIS (Student Information System).
Ensure the data is correctly pushed to Clever or ClassLink.
Verify Clever/ClassLink Setup
Confirm that the student or teacher is properly assigned to the correct class within Clever or ClassLink.
For Schools NOT Using Clever or Classlink for Rostering
Manual Roster Edits (if Authorized)
Go to your dashboard
Click Settings at the bottom of your navigation panel on the left.

Can a student carry their Level Learning progress to a new school?
If a student moves to another school within the same district and keeps the same SIS ID and email address, their data moves with them automatically.
If the student moves to a different district, their progress would not carry over. Please assess them again.
