Ｗait for Automated Sync (Most Likely Solution)
Level Learning syncs data directly with Clever or ClassLink. Rosters are typically updated during the nightly sync.
New teachers will be automatically added if they are associated with a class that is being synced to Level Learning.
If changes were recently made, allow time for the overnight sync to complete.
If Admin/Teacher/Coach is NOT on Clever or ClassLink
In many cases, administrators are not connected through Clever or ClassLink.
Please reach out to our support team —they can manually create accounts on Level Learning and ensure everything is set up correctly.
