For Teachers and Administrators
Teachers and administrators manage their own passwords. Level Learning does not manage passwords for you.
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to create a new password.
For students
Students cannot reset or change their own passwords. Please contact teacher or school administrator for assistance.
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Go to the Level Learning login page from your web browser. You'll see fields for your email/username, password, and a School dropdown.
Step 2: Click "Forgot Password?"
On the right side of the login form — below the School dropdown and above the Sign In button — click the "Forgot Password?" link. This will open a Reset Password dialog box.
Step 3: Enter Your Email Address
In the Reset Password dialog, click into the Email field and type the email address associated with your Level Learning account. Double-check that it's entered correctly, then click the dark Submit button on the right side of the dialog.
You'll see a confirmation message: "Check your email for a reset link!"
Step 4: Check Your Email
Open your email inbox and look for a message from noreply@emailservice.levellearning.com with the subject line [Level Learning] Reset Password. The email arrives within a few minutes. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.
Step 5: Click the Reset Link
Open the email. Inside, you'll find the message: "Please click the link below to reset your password. Do not forward this email."
Click the blue link that reads "Click this link to login and reset your password." This will open a new browser tab with the Level Learning Change Password page.
Step 6: Set Your New Password
On the Change Password page, you'll see two password fields:
New Password — Click into this field and type your new password.
Confirm Password — Click into this field and re-enter the exact same password.
Note: Your password must be at least 15 characters long. Make sure both fields match before continuing.
Step 7: Submit Your New Password
Click the dark Submit button centered below the password fields. If your passwords match and meet the length requirement, your password will be updated and you'll be automatically signed in to your Level Learning dashboard.
Tips
The reset link in the email expires after a short period, so use it promptly after requesting it.
Do not share or forward the reset email — anyone with the link can access your account.
