A student's account will be locked for 15 minutes after too many failed login attempts. This is a security measure to protect student accounts from unauthorized access.
Once an account is locked, there is currently no way to manually unlock it — it will automatically become available again after 15 minutes.
To help prevent this from happening, remind your students to enter their password carefully. For younger students who may have difficulty remembering or typing passwords, we recommend generating a QR code login for them instead.
